Sunday 3/13 was a very cold morning! Although temps rose to the mid-fifties, the truck dash read 16 degrees when we started our trip!
Old childhood friends and their sons were in town to do some wade fishing! There was one very accomplished angler and 3 beginners in the group! They all crush
ed it and had a great adventure! They dialed in on tight line nymphing, indicator fishing,
dry dropper techniques, and a bit of streamer fishing!
I think the teenage boys were especially excited. Hopefully they have just begun what will be a lifetime's journey down the path fly fishing. The day spanned many rivers in Western NC designated as both delayed harvest and wild waters! Dates are filling up quickly for our entire team so reach out asap if you're interested in a wade or float trip on public or private water!
Stay Tight & Keep On' Fishin' On!
